FF Inventory uses personal information only as needed to operate accounts, provide inventory-management features, support users, and protect the service.

Depending on how you use FF Inventory, we may process:

  • account and profile details, such as your name, email address, phone number, job title, profile photo, and preferences;
  • workspace and inventory records entered by you or other authorized workspace users;
  • authentication, security, device, and usage information needed to protect and operate the service; and
  • information exchanged with third-party integrations that a workspace administrator chooses to enable.

How information is used

We use this information to provide and personalize FF Inventory, authenticate users, send requested account or operational notifications, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, provide support, and comply with applicable legal requirements.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with authorized service providers that help operate FF Inventory, with integrations enabled by your workspace, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect users and the service. Access should be limited to the information needed for those purposes.

Security

FF Inventory uses administrative and technical safeguards designed to limit unauthorized access, including authentication, role-based access controls, and encrypted connections where supported. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

You can update profile details and notification preferences from your profile page. Workspace records may be controlled by your workspace administrator. For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy questions, contact your workspace administrator or FF Inventory support.

This policy should be reviewed together with any additional terms or notices provided by the organization operating your FF Inventory workspace.
